Our products are divided into 2 general categories: Those that have yeast in their dough and those that do not. Let the products with yeast thaw so that the yeast activates and bakes properly, gives the volume it needs and is not raw on the inside and baked on the outside. The general rule is that all products are baked in a preheated oven. The products without yeast are puff pastry and bougatsa. Bake the puff pastry at 180 degrees Celsius in air mode for about 25 minutes until they turn a yellow to red colour.
